We Care About Our Environment
With the aim of protecting the environment, Bridges Community Living is working in order to minimize the consumption of resources and the generation of waste. Promoting the use of recycling materials, renewable energy sources and the valuation of waste. Collaborating with suppliers and contractors to improve the respect and protection of the environment. Promoting staff and resident’s communication and education in order to guarantee a correct environmental behavior and raising the awareness of the public and all parties involved in the protection of the environment.
Individuals should take care of the environment to reduce the risk of toxic pollutant exposure, eliminate the waste that consumes landfills and improve the overall health of communities, according to the Environmental Protection Agency. Taking care of the environment also ensures the availability of natural resources for future generations.
Reducing, reusing and recycling are important because they decrease the amount of waste on the planet and preserve natural resources by maintaining space and cutting down on landfills. Reducing, reusing and recycling reduce consumption of new materials and save energy

Why I Love Living Here
I like my apartment, it is close to the east end of the building and close to outside. Everyone is considerate of others here. I have wonderful neighbors. It is truly a community within the building. I spend a lot of time knitting, crocheting, and gardening.
